What can a dollar a day do?

$1 a day for 365 days, you have $365.
Join with friends, neighbors, businesses,
each bringing $365 to the table …
a group of 10 creates $3,650;
a group of 100 creates $36,500;
and it grows and grows and grows.

A dollar a day can accomplish a great deal.

Why LLGL 365?
Because anyone can be a philanthropist. LLGL 365 allows you to leverage your dollars with others to support programs and causes you care about. The larger the fund, the greater the impact.

LLGL 365 provides an opportunity to

•	Engage in philanthropy with your peers;
•	Share what you know;
•	Learn about the issues facing Middlesex County and the people
	who work to make our community a better place.

As a member of LLGL 365 you can

•	Attend events to network with one another and learn about
	issues, programs and organizations directly affecting the communities in which we live, work and play;
•	Vote on specific grant making programs annually from the
	LLGL 365 fund;
•	Help grow the initiative by telling others, sending e-mails,
	and hosting get-togethers.

How to become a member or make a donation
There are several ways to become a member or make a donation.
Choose the one that works for you.

To donate by credit card: Select a donation amount then click on the Donate button.

•	$365	-	To join as an annual member
			*Single credit card payment of $365
			*Monthly credit card payments of $32	are an option.** Click here.
•	$500	-	Above & Beyond member
•	$3,650	-	Lifetime member
•	To make a gift of any amount to LLGL 365 without becoming a member:
			*Click on the Donate button and enter any amount.

To donate by check:
Please use the membership form. Checks should be made out to Middlesex County Community Foundation; in the memo line, please write LLGL 365. Please mail your check and membership form to: Middlesex County Community Foundation, 211 South Main Street, Middletown, CT 06457.

**For monthly payments:
Please use the membership form or call 860.347.0025 and we will assist you. We will arrange for $32 per month to be charged to your credit card on the 15th of each month for a total of $384 over 12 months. (A fee of approximately $1.60 per month is added to help offset processing costs.)
