Women’s HerStory Month Brunch and Reception

March 29, 2025 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Celebrating Women’s Leadership in the community and government

Rep. Kai Belton and her life-long friend, Felicia Goodwine, launched a new educational award fund, Joan Powell Goodwine Make A Difference Fund. The Fund is in memory of Felicia’s mother, Joan Powell Goodwine, who was known for her commitment to Middletown youth, her neighbors and friends, and for her spirit of giving back. The goal of the Fund is to support and encourage young women to follow their passions and aspirations.

You can help Rep. Belton and Felicia Goodwine build a solid future for our young women with a contribution to the Joan Powell Goodwine Make A Difference Fund at CFMC.
