Join us to learn what it takes to build strength together and maintain a healthy balance within your organization’s governance and management.
Through case studies, data sets, and group activities, you will:
- Explore key performance indicators,
- Craft strategies to execute for success, and
- Take away tools to help you build a strong governance team.
Cost: $20 per person, or $15 per person for teams of 3 or more
Teams of 3 or more from each organization are strongly recommended.
