What If … What Matters: Community Forum at East Hampton Public Library
22 Apr 2014
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
East Hampton Public Library,
105 Main Street,
CFMC connects you with the causes you care about – your “what if” and “what matters” in our community.
Over the last few months, donors, community partners, and volunteers have been sharing their insights, suggestions, and concerns about what is working to improve the quality of life in Middlesex County and what could happen in the future.
We want to hear from you. Join us at the East Hampton Public Library on Tuesday, April 22, 2014, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
CFMC and East Hampton Library are partnering for an open house forum to discover the “what ifs” in East Hampton – we are interested in the local issues and needs affecting your community.
CFMC wants to connect with East Hampton, sharing the Community Foundation’s mission, objectives, and accomplishments with the community. During the open house, CFMC asks you to share ideas about the “What Ifs…” of addressing local issues and the “What Matters…” to East Hampton as a community of citizens, residents, neighbors and friends.
We hope you will take the opportunity to meet with Community Foundation staff, as well as learn more about the competitive grant process, and the CFMC’s role in improving quality of life in the community and throughout Middlesex County.
The gathering is free but we do ask participants to bring along a dry or canned food item for the East Hampton Food Bank.
