Event Description
Food for Thought
What happens when your dear friend says “You’re obese, and I’m terrified for you”?
Do you walk out the door?
Do you stop … listen … and start an honest conversation?
Friends with a Cause: Choosing Health over Obsession, Obesity, and Food Addiction
with Diane Smith
Join us June 10 to hear Diane’s personal stories of how a book collaboration with Mika Brzezinski led to a discovery of food obsession, health issues, and the power of friendship.
All proceeds benefit the Community Foundation’s Sari A. Rosenbaum Fund for Women & Girls.
