Event Description
We are almost at maximum capacity – if you are interested in attending, please contact us at 860.347.0025.
Family … Business … Friends … Community … We all give so much of ourselves to those we care about. But what do you do for yourself?

Dr. Kristen Zarfos is a passionate advocate for women’s health issues – and that includes the “personal” health as well as the physical health. Women’s lives are like a pie or pie chart – divided into so many pieces which are given away. She will speak to why it is vital to make sure we keep a piece of our “personal pie” just for ourselves.
Gather your friends and colleagues and help us celebrate women – and support women and girls in our community!

About Dr. Kristen Zarfos:
Dr. Kristen Zarfos is a nationally-recognized breast surgeon. During her first position after residency at Middlesex Health, she was a leader in the national fight to force health maintenance organizations to cover Hospital stays for mastectomy patients, and she remains a passionate advocate for women’s health issues. Dr. Zarfos has returned to Middlesex Health to be a part of the breast health and surgery program. A Middlesex County resident, Dr. Zarfos believes in the power of the importance of a woman’s “whole health” and speaks about the need to take care of ourselves – our physical, mental, and personal well-being – in order to be the best women we can be.
