Event Description
The state budget woes, concerns about the new tax laws on our nonprofits, the struggles of our friends and neighbors, health and welfare issues – negative news and issues of extreme concern surround us every day. We are tempted more and more to shout these woes from the rooftop, feeling a bit like “Chicken Little.”
Yet building long-term relationships with your donors takes time, stories of the positive impact they are having on your mission, and above all else, patience and attention. Join us Thursday, March 15 for an informative workshop with Simone Joyaux as we explore ways to build and steward strong relationships with donors which will ensure a long-term commitment to your organization.
Simone will help you and your team:
- Develop the core fundamentals to building long-term relationships with your donors;
- Provide the tools and stories to your board, committee members, and volunteers to help them become your best ambassadors; and
- Look beyond the anxiety and hype to focus on the impact and objectives your nonprofit offers the community.
Get the most out of this half day workshop – bring a team of 3 or more and set the stage for success. Nonprofit Board members, Development Committee members, executives and senior staff – all are welcome.
