Your Neighbors – Your Friends – Your Wives – Your Husbands

Who are they? They are the people who drop everything and respond when the emergency call goes out.

They are members of the Middlefield Volunteer Fire Company – 50 of the strongest resources a town could have.

And they would like your support.

Middlefield Volunteer Fire Company (MVFC) has a long history of service, back to 1934 when a group, concerned with fire protection, established the company. “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” has become a tradition for some families, as many generations join the company to help the town where they live, work, and play. These loyal men and women join forces to keep Middlefield safe.

MVFC-engineNow MVFC has joined forces with the Community Foundation of Middlesex County to make sure that future generations are just as safe as we are today – establishing the Middlefield Volunteer Fire Company Fund.

MVFC is essential for Middlefield’s well-being. The Middlefield Volunteer Fire Company exists to provide safety for Middlefield residents and to protect life and property in emergency situations.

Middlefield Volunteer Fire Company Fund provides a way for community members to rally their support for MVFC and ensure the company is able to supplement its town funding and expand the its services and programs now … and for years to come.MVFC_volunteer

The Community Foundation of Middlesex County and its family of Endowed Funds were created to ensure Middlesex County’s resources
benefit our friends, neighbors, and communities forever. Gifts to the Community Foundation of Middlesex County (CFMC) endowed funds are not spent, but invested. This way, the interest and earnings from gifts will support community efforts for years to come. Through CFMC the community has a place to come together and grow a powerful asset for our county and its residents for today and future generations and assist in efforts to support vital resources – such as the Middlefield Volunteer Fire Company.
