Conservation, Education, Beautification – CFMC’s Katchen Coley Conservation Fund Now Accepting Applications

The Community Foundation of Middlesex County is accepting grant applications for the Katchen Coley Conservation Fund. Nonprofit organizations working with and in the communities of Cromwell, Durham, Haddam, Middlefield, Middletown, and Portland may download the application form HERE.

Established by Katchen and her friends and family, the Katchen Coley Conservation Fund at the Community Foundation of Middlesex County supports conservation, beautification, and environmental education programs in Middletown and adjacent towns.

Funding requests of up to $1,500 will be considered. Interested nonprofit organizations should submit one original application and one copy to the Community Foundation of Middlesex County no later than 4:00 p.m. May 30, 2014. Applications may be submitted by mail to Thayer Talbott, Community Foundation of Middlesex County, 211 South Main Street, Middletown, CT 06457 or in person Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
