Episode 41 – Our community has incredible leaders and champions. Anyone who is familiar with business and economic development has probably gotten to know Tom Ford, Managing Director of Hajar Management.

Tom believes strongly in the connection between a thriving business district and a healthy, vibrant community. He has spent many years working with individuals and businesses in Middletown to help develop the great “Main Street Middletown” we know today. Tom’s commitment to Middletown and the surrounding region goes beyond his work at Hajar Management, and he volunteers his time on various nonprofit Boards of Directors and committees in the region. When asked “why,” Tom explains how working and volunteering in a community helps you to know a community … and that leads to a desire to do more to help make sure the present – and the future – is strong for everyone.
