CFMC Meaningful Mondays Episode 43 – Liberty Bank-Rotary Club Thanksgiving Dinner Drive
Welcome to Meaning Mondays, the Community Foundation of Middlesex County’s (CFMC) podcast sharing stories of Good People Doing Great Things – Locally!
Episode 43 – We’re celebrating fall and our community’s generosity with a special edition of Meaningful Mondays.
October kicks off the annual Liberty Bank – Rotary Club Thanksgiving Dinner Drive. Toral Maher, Executive Director of Liberty Bank Foundation, joins Cynthia Clegg to share details of the annual thanksgiving meal drive – and to give a Round of Applause to all the Rotary Clubs participating.
Each year, Rotary Clubs throughout our region join with Liberty Bank to raise awareness about food insecurity. This fall, between October 1 and November 17, Liberty Bank will donate 25 cents for every dollar raised – up to $200,000. Toral shares the impact this fundraising campaign has in our communities, providing not just a Thanksgiving meal, but essential food items throughout the winter months.
