Episode 7 – mentoring can make all the difference in a person’s life.

Mentoring programs help our youth connect with our community, build strong relationships, and learn important social and decision=making skills. Cynthia Clegg, CFMC, is joined by Damion Grasso, founder and director of the Connecticut Youth Excellence Project (YEP). Damion shares his own experiences in college as a mentor that led to the creation of YEP and discusses how the program works and the important and long-term relationships he and the YEP leaders have created with boys and young men in our community.
